Join our team of innovative professionals at Deloitte, where we're shaping the future of SAP-enabled transformations. As an SAP IBP Transformation Expert, you'll play a key role in delivering groundbreaking, digital S/4HANA and SAP-enabled supply chain planning Transformation Programmes.
About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional individual to become a key member of our diverse team. As an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Functional Consultant, your role will involve:
- Delivery of SAP-enabled transformation programmes, specialising in SAP IBP solutions for supply chain planning processes.
- Developing and managing implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology while minimising implementation risk.
- Supporting pre-sales conversations with clients and helping to shape a vision of their supply chain planning transformation journey roadmap.
- Leading or participating in practice development activities that support sales activities and internal capability development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, including demand planning, sales and operations planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, and control tower capabilities.
- Prior expertise in configuring SAP IBP integrating with S/4 HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of the supply chain planning process and associated SAP execution modules, such as SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution.
- Knowledge of integrations between the SAP IBP and S/4 HANA via CPI layer, along with mapping understanding.
- Experience of managing SAP IBP workstreams on transformation programmes with teams based in different working locations.
- Experience of delivering SAP IBP solutions as part of a transformation programme.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and data.
- SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (or equivalent).
- Experience working with Real Time Integration (RTI) & Order Based Planning (OBP).
- Functional consultant on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations.
- Aware of recent SAP IBP innovations and roadmap.
- Experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project.
