Deloitte LLP: SAP IBP Senior Consultant Opportunity

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our diverse team, you will be responsible for delivering SAP enabled transformation programmes, specializing in SAP IBP solutions for supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP IBP solutions for supply chain planning processes
  • Develop and manage implementation plans to maximize the potential of SAP technology while minimizing implementation risk
  • Lead client workshops covering process design, industry best practices, and bring SME knowledge in SAP IBP across supply chain planning processes
  • Support pre-sales conversations with clients and help shape a vision of their supply chain planning transformation journey roadmap
  • Build client relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead or participate in practice development activities that support sales activities and internal capability development
Requirements:
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, including demand planning, sales and operations planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and control tower capabilities
  • Prior expertise in configuring SAP IBP integrating with S/4 HANA environment
  • Strong knowledge of the supply chain planning process and associated SAP execution modules, such as SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution
  • Knowledge of integrations between SAP IBP and S/4 HANA via CPI layer, along with mapping understanding
  • Experience of managing SAP IBP workstreams on transformation programmes with teams based in different working locations
  • Experience of delivering SAP IBP solutions as part of a transformation programme
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Qualifications:
  • SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or equivalent
  • Experience working with Real Time Integration (RTI) and Order Based Planning (OBP)
  • Strong understanding of IBP Supply Optimizer and Cost Model setup
  • Functional consultant on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations
  • Experience in presenting to clients or other decision makers
  • Aware of recent SAP IBP innovations and roadmap
  • Experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
