Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their medical imaging equipment is functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MRI systems.
  • Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technology and industry developments, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing medical imaging equipment.
  • Qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
