Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of medical imaging systems located at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their medical imaging systems are functioning optimally.
  2. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MRI systems.
  3. Collaborate with our national team of engineers to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert advice to clients.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technology and manufacturer training courses to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience and a full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
