**Fast-Growing Retailer Seeks Talent Acquisition Professional**

Mandeville is a leading employment agency seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.

  • **Act as a Brand Ambassador**: Represent Mandeville and our clients in a professional and positive manner, showcasing the company culture and values.
  • **Pre-screen candidates**: Conduct thorough interviews to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • **Issue offer letters**: Collaborate with the HR team to extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • **Compliance and administration**: Gather necessary documentation, such as right to work, passport, and utility bills, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements:**

  1. **2+ years of experience**: Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  2. **Job boards and ATS**: Familiarity with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
