Lettings Negotiator Role



We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our award-winning lettings team in Bristol.



As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and arranging viewings of properties to let, building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords, and ensuring all office systems and service standards are adhered to.



The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly, take responsibility, and strive for success. They will be a dynamic and fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects.



We are offering a competitive package, including 25 days annual leave, great company culture, and plenty of first-class training and development resources. Funding of ARLA exams and qualifications is also available.



The role requires a UK driver's license and the ability to work long hours, including one in three Saturdays.



Key Accountabilities




  • Generate, arrange, and carry out viewings of properties to let
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords
  • Ensure all office systems and service standards are adhered to

Working Hours




  • Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm
  • One in three Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm (with lieu day in the week)
