About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Progression Specialist to join our team at haart. As a key member of our sales progression team, you will be responsible for managing multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring a smooth completion of the home buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register client details and chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
- Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills

- Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
