Job Summary
  • Leading and managing large teams and budgets.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the quality and timeliness of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that all staff practice in accordance with statutory and corporate policies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of people management and working clinically in a theatre environment.
  • HCPC or NMC registration.
  • Knowledge of quality and assurance metrics.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including development opportunities and staff benefits.
