Children's Residential Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential Service in Llanelli. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our 3-bed residential home, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our young people.
- Ensure the service is safe, efficient, and compliant with RISCA legislation standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of our young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Experience working in a Deputy or Registered Manager's position in a residential children's home environment.
