About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school.

Our Residential Support Workers play a crucial role in helping our young people overcome difficulties and progress. You will be part of a holistic approach to care, working with a team to provide a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. You will be required to work a shift during the weekend, but don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to have fun with our young people at theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos.
