Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, while also encouraging their independence and supporting them to make their own choices.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a caring nature, able to engage with our service users and provide a high level of support. You will be responsible for following care plans, taking service users out into the community, and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and day trips.

We offer a competitive salary, plus plenty of overtime opportunities, as well as a range of benefits including DBS and Social Care Wales Registration paid for, and the opportunity to complete professional qualifications fully funded.
