Job Title: Commercial Planning Business Partner

We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our commercial team as a Commercial Planning Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Planning, you'll leverage your exceptional data analysis skills to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimize pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives from a B2B/B2C perspective.

Pricing and Promotions:

Assisting in evaluating B2B pricing strategies and B2B/B2C promotional activities to optimize revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.

Sales Performance Tracking:

Monitoring and analyzing sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports, and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders.

Budget Support:

Contributing to the ongoing analysis of sales levers and performance versus targets.

Commercial Analytics:

Using data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spotting areas for improvement, and proposing actionable solutions.

Product Portfolio Management:

Supporting the product management team in evaluating product performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working closely with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.

You will need to have a relevant degree with around 3 years of experience within financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying - you'll be highly analytical.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
