Financial Business Partner

Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in partnering with senior operational stakeholders and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Head of Commercial Finance and the management team.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the maintenance of financial control systems, including accounting procedures and costing systems.
- Financial Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for financial improvement, including process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior operational stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Accounting Qualification: Hold an accounting qualification, such as ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience: Have at least 5 years' experience in a finance department, preferably in a FMCG or multinational company.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Commercial Awareness: Have a strong understanding of commercial finance and the ability to drive business growth.
