Commercial Planning Business Partner

We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our commercial team as a Commercial Planning Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Planning, you'll leverage your outstanding commercial acumen to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimize pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives on a B2B/B2C basis.

Pricing and Promotions:
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Commercial Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spot areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Supporting the product management team in evaluating product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.
  • Contributing to the ongoing analysis of sales levers and performance versus targets.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree with around 3 years of experience within financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying.
  • Highly analytical with excellent commercial acumen.
