About This Role

Cutover is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product and engineering organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Collaborative Automation SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and refine our ways of working processes within a squad(s) to optimize for flow, facilitating retros, planning, stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure the best possible value is taken from those ceremonies.
  • Coordinate between key stakeholders, product managers, engineering, and QA engineers to get code into the hands of our users on time.
  • Own key decision points around adjustments to release schedules for your squad, including owning the delivery roadmap.
  • Encourage transparency and ensure communication is broadcast when changes, risks, or challenges are happening within the squad.
  • Work closely with your tech lead and product manager to form a strong squad leadership model, focusing on software delivery and enablement.
  • Make the day-to-day experience for our engineers easier and reduce distractions and context switching.
  • Proficient in configuring and utilizing Jira Cloud, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong technical knowledge of development processes and source control (e.g., GitHub).

Requirements

  • Experience in an agile environment, with a good understanding of scrum and kanban.
  • Ability to navigate and mitigate risks and dependencies for your squad.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working with a range of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • A good understanding of the entire product delivery process, from ideation to delivery.
  • A delivery-oriented mindset, with a willingness to get into the detail and context of the platform and own the features your squad builds.

Target Compensation Package

£70,000 - £80,000 base, plus stock options and benefits. The final offer may vary, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.
