We are seeking a passionate and driven Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Currencycloud (Visa). Your primary focus will be on removing obstacles for scrum teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to our customers and business.

Your success will be measured by your ability to answer these key questions:

  • Quality Requirements: Do engineers and stakeholders possess the necessary documentation and knowledge to deliver customer-centric value?
  • Agile & Lean Practices: How can we foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within agile and lean methodologies?
  • Delivery Management: What strategies can be implemented to identify and eliminate impediments faced by scrum teams in delivering value?

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Quality Requirements: Ensure requirements are detailed and comprehensive, encompassing both functional and non-functional aspects, suitable for sprint execution. Facilitate workshops with the team and stakeholders to promote a collaborative approach to requirements definition.
  • Delivery Management: Proactively address impediments hindering scrum teams during sprints. Monitor and manage operational delivery metrics. Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap outlining prioritized features and milestones aligned with team and business objectives. Hold the team accountable for their commitments while fostering continuous improvement. Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams and functions, identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and impacts. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Agile & Lean Practices: Lead or coordinate standard agile ceremonies for critical initiatives and complex assignments. Propose improvements to agile workflows. Provide coaching and guidance to scrum teams on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager, ideally within a software-driven Fintech or startup environment.
  • In-depth understanding of agile principles and processes, with practical experience in creating high-performing work environments that adhere to them.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments to deliver customer value.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Domain knowledge in Fintech (e.g., payments, FX, transaction banking, or trading) is highly desirable.
