Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team at Automotive SaaS. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading multiple squads to deliver industry-leading software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews


• Apply scrum within a hybrid delivery model


• Work closely with cross-functional teams consisting of software developers, cloud engineers (DevOps), software architects, and business analysts


• Guide sessions to shape upcoming work and deliveries


• Bring teams together to estimate the size of upcoming work


• Work with the Head of Engineering, Product Manager, and other Delivery Leads to plan and schedule releases


• Resource and capacity planning across multiple squads


• Identify issues and risks in delivery and propose solutions


• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors

Requirements:


• Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent


• 5+ years of project management experience in an agile environment


• Experience working in multiple companies within an agile framework


• Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members, including software engineers, cloud engineers (DevOps), designers, product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers


• Agile techniques, including user stories, continuous integration, BDD/TDD, pairing, and automated testing
