Agile Delivery Manager

Join our team at Automotive SaaS as an Agile Delivery Manager and work with multiple squads to deliver industry-leading software solutions. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply scrum within a hybrid delivery model
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams consisting of software developers, cloud engineers (DevOps), software architects, and business analysts
  • Guide sessions to shape upcoming work and deliveries
  • Work with the Head of Engineering, Product Manager, and other Delivery Leads to plan and schedule releases
  • Resource and capacity planning across multiple squads
  • Identify issues and risks in delivery and propose solutions
  • Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent
  • 5+ years project management experience in an agile environment
  • Experience working in more than one company within an Agile framework
  • Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members
