Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the educational and emotional development of a Year 3 pupil. This part-time role involves providing targeted support, assisting with classroom activities, and supervising pupils during lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and social support to a Year 3 pupil, focusing on their development and well-being.
- Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and learning processes, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to support the pupil's educational and emotional needs.
- Implement strategies to engage and support the pupil effectively throughout the school day.
- Experience in a similar role or working with children, particularly in providing emotional and social support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
