Financial Management Professional

Fed Group is a leading recruitment firm specializing in Accounting and Corporate Finance roles. We are partnering with a prominent client, FMCG, to find a seasoned Finance Manager for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies, including accruals and intercompany debtor/creditor balances.
- Manage and coordinate the external audit of multiple entities within the group, including planning discussions, initial deliverables, and weekly meetings with external auditors.
- Lead the representation of the Franchise finance team in a significant project to simplify the current entity structure, understanding and interpreting complex structures and change across cross-functional teams.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports.
- Exposure to senior management across EMEA.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 3-4 years PQE.
- Experience working with external/internal auditors.
- Experience working with complex, multi-entity structures.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and prior exposure to completing/reviewing statutory financial statements.
- User of Oracle financial system.
