Educational Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with children, particularly those with autism and special educational needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students, ensuring they understand the material being taught.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and promoting good behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to discuss progress and any concerns.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with children.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike.
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles is advantageous.
This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students while developing your own skills in an enriching educational environment. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
