Job Description:
As an experienced credit collections specialist, you will be responsible for handling your own portfolio of customers. This involves building strong relationships through effective communication over phone and email, ensuring our company is represented professionally at all times. Key responsibilities include escalating accounts according to agreed collection paths, processing credit card payments as required, and maintaining good relations with customers.
