Education and Development Team Leader

Join our team as a dynamic and innovative leader to drive the strategic development of CPD across our primary and secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of CPD across the Trust's primary and secondary schools.
- Work with the central Trust team to review CPD needs in light of the priorities identified in the Trust Business plan and school improvement priorities.
- Set up and lead the Trust's SCITT programme in both the primary and secondary phases and oversee the training and development of ECTs in liaison with the appropriate external bodies.
- Direct and manage the work of the CPD/Training & Development Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and innovative leader with a passion for CPD and education.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the central Trust team and external partners.
