Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate care leader to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our young people.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned care professional to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that our care home is running smoothly, and that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of staff
  • Ensure the highest quality of care and education for our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in managing a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
