With a strong focus on delivering excellent client service, we are seeking an accomplished Insolvency Solicitor to join our team as Insolvency Partner.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Restructuring and Insolvency, with exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills. Strong commercial acumen and experience of leading teams to achieve financial and service delivery targets are also essential.

As Insolvency Partner, you will drive growth across the firm through effective leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include advising on complex restructuring and insolvency issues, upholding high standards of service and accuracy, and developing and delivering a business plan for the team/group.

You will also be responsible for securing profitable new clients through networking and cross-selling opportunities, creating and delivering a pipeline to ensure a continual flow of profitable work, and raising the firm's profile across the region and industry.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £120,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days), pension, private healthcare, training and development, life assurance, healthcare scheme, subsidised gym membership, hybrid working, on-site parking, canteen, and an active social committee.
