The role of Technical Lead, Infrastructure Automation Engineering is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a collaborative, cross-functional group of infrastructure automation engineering professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining expected practices and guardrails for infrastructure automation engineering, designing career paths, and partnering with Learning and Development teams to design targeted training & certification curriculum.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate expected practices and guardrails for infrastructure automation engineering.
  • Design career paths including performance expectations and promotion criteria.
  • Partner with Learning and Development teams to design targeted training & certification curriculum.
  • Operationalize periodic skill surveys to assess training gaps.
  • Facilitate career moves across Chapters for growth & cross-training.

What We Offer: A competitive salary between £85,000 – £105,000, dependent on capability, plus a company car or allowance, bonus of up to 20% of your salary for stretch performance, and a competitive contributory pension scheme.
