Business Growth Director

As Insolvency Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on complex restructuring and insolvency issues
- Managing a team of solicitors to deliver excellent client service and achieve financial and service delivery targets
- Developing and implementing a business strategy to increase revenue and market share
- Securing profitable new clients through networking and cross-selling opportunities
- Raising the firm's profile across the region and industry
We require a strong background in Restructuring and Insolvency, exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills, and experience of leading teams to achieve financial and service delivery targets.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills are also essential. In addition, you should have excellent client care and client support skills, with the ability to build and manage client portfolios and generate work for yourself and the team.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave, pension, private healthcare, and training and development opportunities.
