We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our client's service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, conducting service, installation, and commissioning of products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience working on pipework, hydraulics, pumps, and valves.

Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our client's service team. You will be working from home, with significant travel to customer sites from Monday to Friday. The role involves attending breakdowns, conducting service, installation, and commissioning of products, as well as working with various pumps, pipework, valves & hydraulics.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend breakdowns and conduct service, installation, and commissioning of products
  • Work with various pumps, pipework, valves & hydraulics
  • Perform basic electrical tasks
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Strong customer-facing ability and problem-solving skills
