Job Title: Homeless Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homeless Outreach Specialist to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide housing support to vulnerable individuals
- Respond appropriately to chaotic and challenging behavior
- Support individuals at risk of homelessness
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

- At least 6 months' experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Resilience and a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
