Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Homeless Outreach Worker to join our team in Stoke-On-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to vulnerable individuals, helping them to overcome homelessness and achieve a better quality of life.

About the Role: As a Homeless Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for providing housing support to vulnerable people, promoting their independence and recovery, and responding appropriately to chaotic and challenging behaviour. You will also provide support to those at risk of homelessness and liaise with referral teams/agencies regarding vacancies and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 months' experience supporting youths or young adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. You must be resilient, as some service users will be vulnerable and have challenging behaviour. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential.

Interview Process: The interview process will consist of a shortlisting and pre-screening stage, followed by a formal interview with the hiring manager. You will be required to have a DBS on the update service, eligibility of right to work, and your start date will be subject to sufficient references.
