At HC-One, we're committed to delivering exceptional care that truly comes from the heart. As a Care Assistant on our Night shift team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
You'll also be involved in general activities within the care home, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. Whether it's helping someone with limited mobility learn to use an aid or offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident, your well-being will always be at the forefront of your mind.
SafeguardingWe take safeguarding very seriously, and all colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role. You'll also have the ability to seek advice and report concerns if you suspect any form of abuse, harm, or neglect.
The 5 Qualities of HC-OneWe believe that caring for people means caring about what matters most to them. That's why we've identified five qualities that everyone who joins our team should demonstrate:

- Creativity: We use our imagination to make things happen and find innovative solutions to problems.
