Microsoft Office Trainer and Support Specialist

Job Description:
Picture More Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Office Trainer and Support Specialist to join its team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional services firm and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a great work/life balance, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The role involves providing high-level IT training and support for the needs of our business, including remote and onsite training.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for Microsoft Office applications, focusing on MS Word
- Create and implement eLearning training solutions for users
- Support the rollout and maintenance of document management systems such as iManage
- Maintain current technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Trainer in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
