Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a reward proposition that is fair, market competitive, and effective at incentivizing high performance.

About the Role:

As a Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Business Leaders to understand issues and deliver accurate and relevant insights and recommendations. Your focus will be on providing data-driven analytics and developing efficient end-to-end processes that are compliant and deliver against business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a reward proposition that aligns with Succession Wealth's values and growth strategy
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to Senior Business Leaders
  • Designing and developing reward structures up to Senior Management/Executive level
  • Supporting on projects to develop the pay proposition further, including review, design, and implementation of elements such as Step Pay, Bonus funding modeling, Pay budget, and Pay Progression
  • Delivering market data matching and results insights
  • Supporting with broader Reward projects such as new benefits initiatives, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, and the annual Reward review

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience gained within a Reward-focused role, along with the confidence and commercial acumen to operate as a Business Partner and Subject Matter Expert to Senior leaders. You will need to have strong data analysis skills and proven experience in designing and developing reward structures up to Senior Management/Executive level.
