Job Opportunity Overview

At Eden Futures, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of a Registered Manager in our Shared Post.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Area Manager to provide leadership and support to Service Managers, contributing to the overall success of the area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Service Delivery & Quality: To ensure the day to day service provision fully complies with the Eden philosophy, values, policies and procedures whilst also fully complying with local and national legislation, regulations and research.
  2. Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service whilst protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
  3. People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day to day management and support to the local team in order to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
  4. Collaborative Working: Lead the team in promoting an environment of collaborative working with other departments and agencies, both across the Company and within the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team.
  5. Professional Development: Aspire to continually develop as a professional, ensuring skills are updated, keeping abreast of new ideas and sector changes and lead the Company within your area of expertise.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service, familiarity with CQC standards, and experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
