Job Title: Head Of Operations

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a quality, market-leading, and customer-oriented service to our clients.
  • Drive the highest level of service across match day and non-match, across Hospitality, Retail services, and Conference & Banqueting.
  • Manage business needs and performance standards while ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class service.
  • Act as a brand custodian for the service delivery provided at The Stoop, striving to deliver market-leading initiatives to ensure a quality guest experience.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor performance, taking ownership and responsibility for Operations as directed to Hospitality Lounges, Executive Suites, Conference, and Banqueting and Retail services.
