Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Head Nurse to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operation, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our Practice Manager to drive the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical operation and ensure the highest standards of patient care
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and develop the nursing team, providing coaching and support as needed
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive the success of the practice
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the best possible care for our patients
Requirements
  • RCVS registration
  • Experience in a veterinary practice, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
