**Job description**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant business operations
- Build and manage effective risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and compliance obligations including those mandated by the FCA
- Partner with the leadership team to analyse operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Manage relationships with key regulators and partners
- Stay current on financial services regulations and compliance best practices

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in operations, risk management, and compliance in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations including FCA requirements
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
