Regional Sales Manager - CNC Machine Tool Distributor

Stirling Warrington is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our extensive product range to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of £40k-£55k D.O.E.
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £85k+.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including company car, phone, laptop, pension, private medical insurance, and life insurance.
  • A flexible working schedule, with core hours from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and a 3pm finish on Fridays.
