Teaching and Learning Mentor

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing academic and pastoral support to students, as part of a comprehensive education program.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to deliver effective learning experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working with students with SEND, with a strong understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- A degree in Education or a related field, with a strong focus on special educational needs.
- Relevant qualifications, such as QTS or a similar teaching qualification.
