We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Standguide, dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals' lives and businesses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify participants' needs and develop tailored action plans.
  • Deliver training sessions on specific health and wellbeing topics to groups and individuals.
  • Provide one-to-one advice on issues such as alcohol reduction and signpost participants to relevant community programs.
  • Support the Operations/Business Manager to develop relationships and referral pathways with local health and specialist providers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Level 2 English and Maths as a requirement for this role.
  • Competence and industry experience in relevant sector.
  • An IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable.
  • Teaching/Coaching/Mentoring qualification and/or experience.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of approximately £27,500 per annum, based on the job requirements and location.
  • Generous pension scheme and company health plan subject to successful completion of probation period.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
  • 5-10 sick days per year paid.
