About The Role

We are seeking a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the North West London Out of Hours service. As an independent prescriber, you will work autonomously within your sphere of competency in a multi-skilled team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, plan their care, administer treatment and discharge or refer them to other healthcare professionals or external agencies.
  • Use our electronic prescribing system to simplify and speed up the way patients receive care.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
