About The Role

We are seeking a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the North West London Out of Hours service. As an independent prescriber, you will be working autonomously within your sphere of competency in a multi-skilled team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, plan their care, administer treatment and discharge or refer them to other healthcare professionals or external agencies.
  • Use our electronic prescribing system to simplify and speed up the way patients receive care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements
