About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in a dynamic and autonomous environment. As a key member of our North West London Out of Hours service, you will be responsible for assessing patients, planning their care, administering treatment, and discharging or referring them to other healthcare professionals or external agencies.

You will be working in a multi-skilled team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and pharmacy advisors. Our electronic prescribing system will enable you to streamline patient care and improve efficiency.
