About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to achieve their full potential.

Our school provides a unique and supportive environment, where students can thrive and develop essential life skills. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to deliver personalized education and support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with ASC in the classroom and during activities
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to students with specific needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement student-centered plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Experience working with students with ASC or similar needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • UK driving license (for occasional school trips)
