About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a tailored approach to meet individual student needs
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture, promoting the well-being and safety of all students
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or similar learning needs
  • UK Driving Licence (essential for transporting students on educational outings)
