We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team at St. James's Place. As a key member of our Partnership Director's Office, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating our output to align with corporate and Field objectives.

", "Key Responsibilities": "Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the output of the Partnership Director's Office to ensure alignment with corporate and Field objectives.
  • Coordinate the smooth running of the Partnership Director's schedule and complete ad hoc tasks efficiently.
  • Support the design, creation, and ongoing activity surrounding Governance of the Field, including clear delegation of responsibilities from Plc Board to the Field Management Team.
  • Maintain oversight of the Partnership Director's governance responsibilities related to Group Executive Committee and SJP Wealth Management Plc Board, summarizing board packs and ensuring actions are completed post-meeting.
  • Maintain oversight and ensure compliance of the Partnership Director's regulatory responsibilities, including their responsibilities under the Senior Managers Regime.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders between the Field, Cirencester, and the Partnership Director, facilitating the right information to the right people at the right time to ensure success of the Partnership Director and the broader Field.

  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence managing a diverse range of stakeholders or customers, including at a senior level.
  • Demonstrable experience of analyzing information and utilizing it to develop plans and recommendations.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt, handle multiple tasks, and respond to changing needs.
  • Effective resource management skills gained via projects or a matrix management model.
