Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Paignton area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product displays, and well-stocked shelves in a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic household name brands.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Standards: You will adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols. You will implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You will provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
