As a Senior Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our 2030 Digital Strategy and transforming the university into a beacon of digital excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the engineering function, including Developers, Technical Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and Testers, to create a benchmark for engineering standards across the whole of the Higher Education sector.
- Develop and implement a leading-edge technology strategy and technical roadmaps aligned with the 2030 Digital Strategy by connecting platforms and products.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture and drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Ensuring development processes are architecturally aligned.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives align with university goals and work closely with IT to ensure effective implementation.
- Leverage cloud computing, machine learning, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities and embed clear processes around these.
