About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and review of care planning to ensure that individuals receive person-centred support that enables them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead service(s) to meet the outcomes of the people supported, in line with the organisational strategy to deliver a best life possible
  • Develop, manage, and review care planning to deliver person-centred support that enables shared interests of people supported and colleagues
  • Actively promote your service and seek opportunities for innovation and community partnerships
  • Manage the resources available to ensure efficient service delivery in line with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Encourage people supported to actively influence service delivery
  • Lead, develop, empower, and engage your team to do their very best work every day
Requirements
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting
  • Upbeat positive manner and genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community
  • Ability to work with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England)
