About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our team at Office Collective. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling email campaigns that drive audience growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, from newsletters to promotional content.
  • Drive subscriber growth using segmentation, personalisation, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise engagement and guide future strategy.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and continuously develop your email marketing knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in email marketing is preferred, but a passion for digital marketing and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, and data-driven mindset. Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment.
